Effective training is essential for the continuance of high productivity and quality service
Interliance training systems are designed to optimize the transfer of critical skills and knowledge

Our systems are designed to create competent staff who know and can apply their knowledge and skills on the job. Our training systems reduce wasted time and resources by training only the skills and knowledge required, using the most effective methods.  The value of training can be determined by how well a person can apply those skills to their job, with the highest productivity, safety and effectiveness.

To support these activities, we have developed a comprehensive service set that is very different than many other companies.

Training System Design
Our Training System design services focus on instructional design, curriculum development and administrative systems and tools designed to ease implementation and administration of the systems. The training roadmap below is an example of a custom training system design for a specific job position.

On-The-Job Training and Performance Evaluation Systems
Interliance has developed a product line specifically designed to support implementation of our workforce strategies, as well as a method to simplify and improve the knowledge capture initiatives of an organization.

Our newest product is an on-the-job training and qualification system that includes the most common performance requirements for electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and controls and operations disciplines. The system includes on-the-job instructor guides, participant guides, as well as performance evaluations for the individual.

To support the system implementation, we have developed a complete set of train-the-trainer materials that are designed to be customized for your organization. We have found that this system reduces internal time for development up to 80% for our clients!

This product line was designed to simplify the implementation that follows our Workforce Analysis, which pinpoints the exact relationship between skills in an organization and business requirements, and identifies actions for knowledge transfer and knowledge capture priorities considering any aging workforce issues.

New Hire Assessments
Interliance has created a comprehensive testing system for placement of both new and existing employees that is designed to accurately pinpoint the existing skills and knowledge of an individual. The system is customized for each client based on entry qualifications of new employees and can be delivered on-line with instant results and minimal administration requirements. This process ensures that each employee has the basic skills necessary before undertaking more advanced materials and avoids unnecessary training.

Learning Development and Management Systems
Interliance customizes and implements training processes that ensure long term viability of training programs.  We utilize the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) philosophy to create training products and store the components in a versatile training database.  We have programs and procedures that ensure every product is created with consistent high quality.  We can help you implement the same programs and procedures, including your own database.  This way, you create and deliver the same high quality training products time after time. The features of a learning management system include processes for:

Training program management
Job and Task Analysis
Training material development
Database use and administration
Online learning administration
Classroom facilitation
On-the-Job training
Training program evaluation, and
Records retention

“One of the major departures from how utilities have acquired and trained employees in the past, something Interliance specializes in, is converting “knowledge” into systems and processes that enable new employees to perform at a higher level more quickly.”
