The Workforce Analysis Process
The process starts with the customization of our proprietary knowledge base, developing clear performance requirements of each job. From that base, Interliance uses web-based tools to perform assessments of both the workforce, and the process capability, along with an assessment of the business requirements. The analysis developed provides a specific action plan for closing present skill gaps and preventing future gaps before they occur. Our process from start to finish can be completed in about six weeks.
Our process has been utilized in union as well as non-union environments, and for technical, professional and management job positions.
