1. Consultants & Senior Consultants:
Consultants will work with clients and team members to orchestrate and build the architecture and implementation programs for workforce, knowledge management, and process improvements initiatives. Ideal candidates are highly competent results-driven individuals who possess exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding project management skills, and have demonstrated proven implementation abilities that create the actual change required in organizations. Significant scope of responsibilities includes project management, presentation, team motivation, and conceptual design.
2. Technical Consultants:
Candidates will have extensive experience in the mechanical, electrical, controls, or operations disciplines preferably in the process industry (energy, utilities, wastewater treatment, oil and gas). Consultant will participate in business assessments, analysis, and optimization efforts as well as procedure and training development. Must possess strong communication, project planning, research, analysis, and implementation skills.
3. Instructional Designers & Strategists:
Candidates will design and develop training programs and systems. Scope includes competency-based training, curriculum design, and development, organizational needs analysis, and selecting and sequencing training activities using different methodologies and media. May also conduct research and develop analysis/evaluation tools identifying impact of training and/or organizational effectiveness.
4. Administrators:
Positions available for all areas of General Administration, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations. Must have great project management and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and administrative skills and great computer skills.
